Administrative Duties: Welcome parents, children, and visitors; schedule assessments, therapy, and follow-ups; manage calls, emails, and messages; prepare and file documents; monitor and request supplies; maintain visitor logs in line with security policies.
Learner Support Duties: Prepare assessment spaces and materials; supervise and support children during waiting and transitions; assist specialists during sessions; ensure learner safety; use inclusive and empathetic approaches for children with diverse needs.
Operational Support: Help organise workshops, awareness events, and trainings; keep reception, waiting, and assessment areas clean and organised; promptly report facility or equipment issues.
Reporting Lines: Reports directly to the Lead Specialist and indirectly to the School Principal and Director.
