On the evening of 12 July 2025, the Josephian Schools community turned the campus hall into a glittering stage for its Annual Staff Appreciation Gala—a night dedicated to honouring the heart of our school: its people.
From the first welcome drink to the final closing song, energy and gratitude filled every moment. Teachers, support staff, the Principal and Directors mingled over hearty Tanzanian cuisine and mouth-watering bites. Laughter rose during the team-building games, where individuals battled for bragging rights in friendly, fast-paced challenges that revealed hidden talents and plenty of good-natured rivalry.
A highlight of the night was the Excellence Awards, presented after a rigorous 360-degree review that combined peer feedback, supervisory evaluations and individual self-assessments.
In her keynote toast, the School Director Mrs. Christa Rweyemamu praised the staff’s resilience: “Every success story of a Josephian child carries your fingerprints. Tonight, we pause to say ‘asante sana’.”
The evening closed with a photo montage of classroom triumphs and behind-the-scenes moments, reminding everyone that excellence is a shared journey. As the lights dimmed, one sentiment echoed through the crowd: motivated people build inspired students—and the 2025 Gala proved exactly that.
