Administrative and Learner Support Officer

The Administrative & Learner Support Officer ensures the smooth running of daily operations at the Josephian Special Needs Desk by handling front-office administration, scheduling, and client communication, while also providing direct, hands-on support to children during assessment
sessions. This dual role ensures the Centre remains parent-friendly, child-centered, and fully compliant with operational standards.

Assessment and Data Management Officer

The Assessment & Data Management Officer is responsible for coordinating and administering educational and developmental assessments for learners referred to the Josephian Special Needs Desk. The role ensures accurate, secure, and timely collection, management, and reporting of assessment data, enabling the Centre to provide high-quality, evidence-based recommendations to parents, teachers, and relevant authorities.

Asst. Teacher – Early Years (Preschool)

The Assistant Teacher in the Early Years Department will work closely with the Class Teacher to support the academic, emotional, and physical development of our youngest students, aged 2-5 years. The role requires a nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic individual committed to creating a safe and engaging learning environment. The Assistant Teacher will assist in delivering the curriculum, supporting classroom management, and ensuring the well-being of the children.

Secondary School Teacher

At Josephian Secondary School, the Secondary School Teacher plays a vital role in shaping the intellectual, moral, and social development of students. The teacher will deliver subject-specific content to students in Forms I-IV, in alignment with the national curriculum and the school’s values of character building, skill building, meta-learning, and inclusivity. The ideal candidate will be a lifelong learner, progressive thinker, and role model who inspires young adults to become successful, contributing members of their community.
